Once your order has been placed and accepted, you’ll get text message and email confirmation containing a link for you to track the shipment (if available).
You can check the status of your order at any time:
on an iPhone: click on the “Profile” icon on the bar at the bottom of the screen, then select My orders.
On an Android: click on the ≡ icon in the top left and select My orders from the menu.
All the orders that appear in the list have been placed and accepted. Select Order details to view the products in each order. On the same screen, you’ll also find the Check shipment option, if available.
