The scheduled delivery date is specified in the email youâll receive after your order has been confirmed. When your items are ready to be delivered, youâll receive another email with the actual delivery date.
You can also check the status of your delivery on the app:
if you have an iPhone, click on the âProfileâ icon in the bar at the bottom of your screen, then select My orders.
If you have an Android, click the ⥠icon in the top left and select My orders from the menu.
Select Check shipment: you will be able to track your order as soon as it has been handed over to the courier.
If, for some reason, tracking is unavailable, we kindly ask that you wait for the date indicated in the order confirmation email. If you havenât received the products you're expecting by that date, please contact us by clicking âGet helpâ for the order concerned.
