You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout, before confirming your order:
- Home delivery: We will ship your order by courier to the address you provided (this address can be different from your own, e.g., for a gift). Once dispatched, you can track your shipment by going to the "Your orders" section and clicking on "Track shipment".
- Locker/InPost Point collection (Italy only): If you choose this option, your order will be sent to an InPost locker or collection point in Italy. You can track the shipment from "Your orders" > "Track shipment". Once your order is ready for pickup, the status will update to "Ready for collection". Please note that this option is not available for large-format orders.
- Photo shop and supermarket collection (Italy only): You can pick up your order at one of over 8,000 stores across Italy. Click [here] to find your nearest store. For your first order, the system will automatically select the closest store, but you can change it, and this preference will be saved for future orders. Once the order is delivered to the store, the status will update to "Ready for collection".
