If you are unable to apply discount using the promo code, please check whether:
- You have already used a code which is only valid once;
- You have entered the code correctly (we recommend typing it out rather than copying and pasting), using upper case and lower case where applicable;
- Your order includes a product not included in the current offer or does not comply with one of the conditions (e.g. size or type of paper for a PhotoBook);
- The offer has expired.
PLEASE NOTE: always check that the discount has been applied before confirming your order, as unfortunately it is not possible to activate promotions after the order has been placed.
