If you have an iPhone, click on the “Profile” icon in the bar at the bottom of your screen, then select My orders.
If you have an Android, click the ≡ icon in the top left and select My orders from the menu.
Scroll until you find the order for the product that hasn’t arrived, select Order details and then Check shipment (if the option is available) to check that there hasn’t been any misunderstandings or delays with the courier.
If you don’t have the option to track your shipment, if you have not received a product showing as delivered, or if the delivery is incomplete, please wait 24/48 hours before contacting customer service to give the courier a last chance to complete the delivery.
To get in touch with customer service, select Get help. Write a brief description of the problem and let us know which product is missing, the order number and any other information which may be useful. You may also attach a photo. We will gather all the necessary information and get back to you as soon as possible.
