If the courier is unable to deliver your order, it may be held until the recipient gets in touch.
If you have an iPhone, click on the “Profile” icon in the bar at the bottom of your screen, then select My orders.
If you have an Android, click the ≡ icon in the top left and select My orders from the menu.
Scroll until you find the relevant order and then select Get help. We’ll try and contact the courier and update you as soon as possible.
