You can return any non-personalised product within 14 working days from the date of delivery, as follows:
- Ensure that products are in the same condition in which you received them.
- Go to the “My orders” section, click on “Get help” and then on the icon in the top right. Send a request, remembering to specify the address where the parcel should be collected if this is different to the delivery address.
- You’ll then be contacted by our Customer Service team to arrange the date and the time slot for the parcel to be collected at the address indicated. Following this, you’ll be provided with a collection reference number.
- Prepare the parcel, packaging the product in its original box (or a box of the same size and strength), and cover up the details used for the initial delivery.
We shall assume responsibility for collecting the product as well as for issuing the refund, with the payment method used when you made the purchase.
We would like to remind you that refunds are only issued if the request for products to be returned is made within 14 days under the conditions described above.

Once we receive the product, we will check whether all the conditions above have been fulfilled and you’ll then receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The time frames for refunds vary depending on the payment method used when you made your purchase.
