If the “Houston, we have a problem. Your phone doesn’t appear to be connected to the internet” error message appears when opening the PhotoSì app, we suggest following these simple steps:
- check that your connection is not fluctuating, and connect to a fast and stable WiFi network;
- close the PhotoSì app and go to Settings > PhotoSì app on your iOS smartphone;
- go to “Reset app”, then tick “Logout user” and click “Reset saved projects”;
- reopen the app.
However, if the “Houston, we have a problem” (thumbs down) error appears when creating a product, we suggest getting in touch via the “Need help?” section, which you can find on the app menu.
