If while you are placing your order the screen freezes on the page with the rocket and the “Uploading” message, then we suggest waiting a few more minutes. The screen should eventually change to the following page, showing the percentage of images uploaded. Should this process take more time, we advise checking your internet connection. If your connection is fluctuating, you will need to connect to a fast and stable WiFi network.
Device performance can also affect upload of the images.
If the error continues to appear, then we recommend following these steps:
- remove all products from the cart, reopen them all from the “Your projects” section shown on the homepage;
- check there are no blank images;
- re-add the project to the cart, then try to send it again.
N.B. When you reach the cart section, we suggest waiting a few minutes before clicking on “Continue” as the app needs a little time to process the images.
